Running Towards The Dark

Came home from work and quickly got this run in. It was dusk with a stunning hot pink sky when I started, but fully dark when I finished. Why does my running feel so hard? Anybody? Bueller?

Hard how? Like "lead in my pants" hard? or what? I have a couple days out of the month that are hormonal and make for quite the horrid run. I remember one time I was doing 10 miles and my legs were dead as was I. I just wanted to lay down on the pavement and sleep, lol! Try taking in more protein and B complex.

I had two weeks like that. Lead in my pants for no good reason, I still don't know why. I took extra days off, I tried some fartlek, I tried cycling. After a week of no improvement, I just ran short and easy. It got better all by itself. Hang in there and keep the faith, Michelle. It really will get easier again.
