      LOL! That is so funny. I *tried* to do yoga a few times, but the teacher spoke so sllooowwww and soft and the whole time we were holding the poses I was getting so impatient, so much for relaxing! :)

      YES!!!!! this is what i dealt with a few years back. Piriformis was tight that i would cry during massages. But i got a foam roller, gritted me teeth, wiped away the tears and now no pain.
