    This was really tough and discouraging. I had to take a break multiple times during the workout. Anyone else have this problem? I ended up finally finishing.

      Oh trust me, I always take breaks throughout these things! I'm sure if you stick with it, you'll be strong enough to finish!

      The first week will be painful but it gets better for week 2! Stick it out :)

      It's pretty heavy cardio but you feel so good afterward so don't give up!

    I have such a hard time getting back into working out once I have to take some time off. I'm so excited to getting back in shape and riding.

    Rode the bike for 10 minutes on level 10 to warm up, then we did heavy legs. Lots of lunges, squats and calf work. Finished with abs.

    I did not feel well at all when I started this workout but I went ahead and did it and felt great once I was done. I'm even begining to like (well not hate) the Ab Ripper X!

      Michelle, I was walking and talking w/ a coworker today who went thru P90X and is now in week 4 of Insanity. She's not seeing much positive outcome w/ Insanity yet. Do you like P90X? Are you familiar w/ Insanity? Just curious.

      @Mark, I haven't done the Insanity but I'm planning on doing it when I finish P90X. I've heard Insanity is more cardio and thought P90X would be easier to start with. I'm surprised your coworker hasn't seen good results yet with Insanity. Did she have results with P90X? I love P90X. I don't know if you're friends with Christina http://www.dailymile.com/people/ChristinaH but she did Insanity and had great results.
