Hello humidity!! The plan today was 2 miles at 9:45, 3 at short tempo (8:10), and 1 at 9:45. The reality--9:34, 9:27, 8:13, 8:11, 8:02, 9:39. It was hard going at times, I have been focusing on mental toughness this summer. I probably overdid it yesterday with my newfound bike excitement.
