The plan today looked almost like a math problem when I read it: 2 x (6 x 400) (1:30 recovery intervals--2:30 between sets). Goal 1:48

First set: 1:46, 1:44, 1:44, 1:46, 1:49, 1:46
Second set: 1:43, 1:42, 1:42, 1:39, 1:44, 1:42

I really liked this workout, it was a nice break from the 800s. Plus...who doesn't like it when the recovery interval is almost as long as the work interval?! Winning!
