Holy buckets of meh!!! This one was a struggle from the 1st step to the last. My legs are very sore from yesterday and I'm sure that I didn't refuel properly for today's run. I was very close to bailing at 10 miles, but decided to hang in there. Isn't running on tired legs a good thing?

Goal pace was 9:20 so I'm feeling pretty good about that, was willing to toss that aside if I had to.
