Back to the plan---today was 5 x 1K with 400m recovery intervals.
Warm up 1.5 (9:55)
5 x 1K (7:29, 7:36, 7:30, 7:42, 7:41)
Cool Down 1.0 (10:00)
My goal is to have much more consistent paces on the speed intervals, hopefully that will come with more practice. I walked all the 400m recovery intervals too---but I'm thrilled to be running this fast in the heat....I'll take that victory for today.
