    I had nothing in the tank for this one - like swimming in molasses! My shoulders must be tired from all that running - haha! Thankfully, this one had lots of pull drills.

    I wasn't sure how this would go, but I surprised myself! The worst part might be some blisters and rubbing on my toes. Pace was slow but steady.
