Off the trainer 2.28 mi 00:20 08:51 pace

It felt so nice outside this morning - at least for this time of year. I always think that the air feels nice coming off the trainer, it is just nice to get outside after working inside.

Back to the trainer, I have a few of these this week - tri season is definitely here. Fairly easy, even effort today.

Getting into the lake on a Monday night made it really feel like summer - only a few more days to go! My friend got a new wetsuit and wanted to test it out, so I was more than happy to tag along. ... read more

  10. RUN
Nothing to see here... 5.6 mi 00:57 10:09 pace

I was curious to see lots of red & blue lights - turns out a car crashed into a power line pole & snapped it right in half! The car was in terrible shape too. Hope everyone was okay!

Counting down the days left in the school year - only one more Monday (thanks to Memorial Day). I was feeling some fatigue after yesterday's OWS so I was happy to get this done.

  12. RUN
    Grapevine Loop 9.81 mi 01:33 09:29 pace

Sometimes these are even harder than race days, without the crowd and targets. Nice work. Which only means you have to work harder now :)
