      I'm so proud of hubs Erik for the awesome job he did pacing--he really had a great experience. It might have given him the ultra bug just a little bit, but as for me--no way--if anything it made me more sure that I am NOT cut out for that! Haha!

      Glad Eric had someone to keep him company! I stepped outside, saw the fog, and creepers came to mind & freaked myself out. I ended up going in and doing squats, lunges, and pushups instead.

      Speed and agility drills are designed to make you speedy and agile. If you felt speedy and agile while doing them you wouldn't need to do them... Clear as mud?
