      Nice Job:

Hey, you're back! Good on you that you can pick back up at W3. I'm all the way back at the beginning. Conditioning is shot.
Was in Central Park a few months back and thought about some of your NYC runs. What a great place to train.

Thanks Velma! I've done some in the past, but none since restarting couch to 5K. I'm only running a bit over 2 miles so far, and I do plan to, but haven't picked one yet. I'm just trying to keep running during ski season which is the priority right now! :)

Thanks everyone!! :) I do feel back to normal, I think it must have been a 24 hour GI bug, thank goodness. And yes, @Heather, my dog and I make a great running team! I know for a fact I would not be doing as much running without her, because she loves it so much and that really motivates and inspires me!

I feel the same way about my dog! I feel more obligation to run her than run myself! Eh - whatever gets you out there, right? She also helps me out with breaks too! Ha!
