Tried the Runmeter app with the wifi and 3G off, which helped accuracy but still not perfect. Felt good to get out there in the sunshine!! http://runmeter.com/fe6863d7eadbf365/Run-20130322-1010?r=d.

I went a little longer and further. Started out pretty fast and was going a bit slow toward the end, but I know I had a better pace for a chunk of this run!

Thanks Velma! I've done some in the past, but none since restarting couch to 5K. I'm only running a bit over 2 miles so far, and I do plan to, but haven't picked one yet. I'm just trying to keep running during ski season which is the priority right now! :)

It was awesome! The alpine replay app didn't seem to really get an accurate read for how far I went, so I just left distance blank. Love the Rockies, and I love bumps and skiing!!

Thanks everyone!! :) I do feel back to normal, I think it must have been a 24 hour GI bug, thank goodness. And yes, @Heather, my dog and I make a great running team! I know for a fact I would not be doing as much running without her, because she loves it so much and that really motivates and inspires me!

Oh no, Heather that's awful! My dog does that sometimes, my mom doesn't run with her because of it, but I can understand when you're pregnant that that's not acceptable! So glad you're ok.
Jodi, thanks, we were running together! :)
Marnie, she's a mixed breed stray from the Caribbean! Akita/ german shepherd sounds beautiful! My dog actually looks very strange now because she had a big surgery that removed her nose and upper snout due to cancer, but she's happy and doing fabulously!4 months ago • Like
