Nice job, I was amazed how distance just comes when you get progressive with it. To me after about 10 miles it stopped feeling harder, just longer. Is there a marathon in your future?

I've always been very lucky on the injury front. I had IT band issues running my first half marathon. In the two and a half years ago, since then I have switched to barefoot shoes and run more trails, and I haven't really had any issues. I don't know if its barefoot, trails or luck but I've done well. Good luck in DC, you look to be right on schedule with the 16.5 now.
