      Feel better! The worst run of my life involved puking behind a dumpster and having to run another 2 miles home. The route still traumatizes me!

      I know exactly what you mean. I remember the first time I ran 10 miles. I couldn't believe that I'd actually done it. I only really started running last year, so it's all still pretty fresh. Great work on your distance PR!

      Thanks for the well wishes everyone! I've taken it easy and been biking instead of running the past couple days. Planning on running tomorrow, hopefully the calves agree with my plan!
