    This was tough, but I did it. :) There were a lot of hills and possibly met up with some poison ivy... but I am glad I finished and had fun too.

      I find eating a snack about 2 hrs (maybe a different time for you) even if you are having dinner helps with the workout. I used to get annoyed, finding myself getting hungry during my runs, coz then that's all I focussed on, and not my running!
