Team WOD day! Workout - Run 1000m, 1 round of Fran (21-15-9 Thrusters @65#, Pullups), 1 round of Grace (30 Clean & Jerks), 80 burpees, Row 2000m -- Luckily I had 2 other girls on my team. We could split up everything but the row.
