      I placed 3rd from last in the women's open, but I knew I wouldn't place well. I had to scale both of the workouts and you don't get points when you do that. But as far as reps, I held my own and if I wouldn't have had to scale back the weight a little, I wouldn't finished somewhere in the middle. Not too shabby having only done CrossFit for 2 months now! :)

      Just the fact that you're able to do CrossFit is impressive to me, let alone competing in it. I want to try it, but it just seems so intimidating!

      i thought the same thing when i started, but it truly is for all fitness levels. at the beginning i couldn't do MANY things that i can now. and all in such a short time! just remember it is truly about you vs. you. not how heavy someone else can lift or how many pullups someone else can do.
