  1. walk
    good treadmil 2 mi 00:30 15:00 pace

It's been forever since I ran. I walked most of the time. I stopped because my hip started hurting but I want to get back into running or at least walking..

  2. RUN
    good 1 mi 00:12:53 12:52 pace

2min warm up then did intervals at a higher pace than I normally run. Trying to spend 3 days a wk for longer runs and fit in a couple extra miles on my "off" days like today

  3. RUN
    2.3 mi

Ran for 22 mins total. Taking a week off really affects you..

  4. RUN
    great 2.34 mi

    Ran 25mins straight. Yay!!

  5. RUN
    good 2 mi

    Another 20 mins straight

  6. RUN

    Finally finished 20mins straight :)

  7. RUN
    good 1.6 mi

Went easier since im getting over a cold

  8. RUN
    great w6d2 2.12 mi

It went well. I increased the pace by .2 and I could feel it. I'm red in the face but happy lol

  9. RUN
    great w5d3 attempt 2 mi

It went ok. I wasn't expecting to finish the entire 20 min run so when I did 15 mins I was happy. After that I walked/jogged the rest. I'm going to skip w6d1 and just do w6d2 instead and then come... read more

Yeah, I was on that plan, and then right before I was supposed to run for 20:00 the app I was using was updated. As it turns out I just ran my 20:00 run and it was W6D3 (and my app is now 8 weeks instead of 9).

Good job though. I like the idea of modifying the program to suit your style and taste just a little. Keep at it!

  10. RUN
    great W5D2 completed 2 mi

Slowed pace down and completed both 8min runs

  11. RUN
    good W5D2 2 mi

I split up the last 8min run and slowed my pace down a little bit. I'm going to re-do this day. Went alright tho :)

  12. Merry Christmas!!

  13. RUN
    great W5D1 #c25k 2.1 mi

Today seemed a little bit easier than week four because of the 3minute walks in between the runs. Felt good! :)

The next two days step it up a little bit. Three minutes? We're on a slightly different plan. :-) Either way, cool. I agree week 5 wasn't as bad as it looked. I have Day 3 to do tomorrow!

Yea I know, I'm worried about that 20 min run on day 3. I might just switch it with a different run if its too hard. Good Luck on your day 3 tomorrow!!

You'll do okay. If you're doing 2 miles now you'll be okay. Just will yourself through it and make sure you start slower than you think you should.

  14. RUN
    good W4D3 #c25k 2.1 mi

Omg I almost died. During the first 3min run my side started probly hurt, then I got tired. I almost psyched myself out enough to not do the last 5min run but I did. I'm VERY red right now

I'm barely ahead of you, but I remember hitting a few bumps. Week 5 may surprise you, but run at a pace that doesn't put you out too much (the old "conversation" pace) and be determined and you'll get through it.

It went well I was soooo happy I finished the whole thing. It was easier than w4d1 but still not easy. I was still very red in the face.

  16. RUN
    good w4d1 2.1 mi

After the last 3 min run I got tired. I started the last 5min run and had to rake a min break but I ran the rest of the 4mins
