      That's one thing I wish more people knew about spin classes - that you can opt to only adjust as you want it to be. I agree, good start!

    Absolutely perfect! The usual one hour flow routine that I like.....nothing fancy, and no crazy advanced moves that I can't do. Just a regular level one class. Loved it!

      Nice ride today! My knee is still achy now and then esp. since I've been doing lower body nautilus machines, I get a little panicky, but so far, it has just been what must be the routine and regular type of aches and pains. I hate that I over analyze every awareness of pain. Guess it is good for us in the long run - to be wondering and questioning if we're asking too much of ourselves, but it sure stinks on the day to day level.
