    Sunny and warm at 5:30 pm! Accidentally grabbed my son's shorts from the dryer this morning when I packed my running stuff. They were a little baggy (he's 15) but worked ok. :)

    Beautiful and sunny! 4 miles outside immediately followed by 3 on the mill. Walked a bit after mile 2. It happens. Pace was slow but this was my longest run in ages. So great to run outside!!

    Missed a week of training due to a dreadful respiratory thing. I'm feeling somewhat better but my breathing is still a little funky.

    Windy and warm - almost 60*! We chose the flatter parts of the campus but still encountered a few inclines. piriformis is relatively ok.
