      That race is AWESOME! :-D Super fun and they have inflatable aliens everywhere. You can even buy one at the expo. Lol. And the best part...REAL bathrooms along the course: not just port-a-potties!

      I couldn't run for nearly 2 weeks after I had my wisdoms out a couple years ago--that back tooth pain makes it hard! Glad you got it all fixed up though from the infection and you got a great 2 in!

    W/ the XC kids - strides, glides, frog hops, high knees, butt kicks, planks, wall sits and mountain climbers. Whew!
    After XC I walked a chilly mile w/ my fiance. :)

    Chilly and fun! We had a 3 minute walk break in the middle of this, and I forgot to even look at my watch, so I'm not sure what my actual time was.
