    great Zumba/toning class! 01:10

Fun class! I've found that my arches become sore after this class. Lots of jumping and non-running moves are probably the cause, and are probably really good for my body.

I love fun fitness! Nice job mixing it up. I used to do step aerobics and kickboxing. I have to wear studio shoes instead of running shoes. Maybe different shoes will help?

great hills at the Ridges 4 mi 00:45 11:07 pace

Beautiful, not hot morning run! Lots of elevation in the first 2 miles. Gained 280 feet overall, but the second half was mostly downhill. Walked the final .2 as a cool down.

I did a marathon forever ago where you started at the top of a Rocky Mountain and you pretty much just ran down the mountain the whole time--I still almost cry on a downhill! i think I'm probably one of the only people who likes a climb more than the down ;). Awesome work today!!

Oh, awesome! I loved the Cumulus until they got narrow about a year ago and now they don't fit my feet at all :-/. Glad to see they still work for you and you're all set for the summer ahead with shoes!

1 week until the Deckers Creek Half Marathon. There's still a slim chance that I will PR the crap out of it, but my training has not been as consistent as I'd like.

You've been getting some good miles in so just concentrate on that next week and go for it if all feels well! You're running sub 10 pace on everyday runs and that's terrific! Just remember to take most runs easy. Too much all out running wears our bodies out and makes us more injury prone. I can attest to that.
