    Still coughing my head off, but hopefully I'll feel well enough to do the Turkey Trot for a Cause (w/ my 84 year old dad!!) in Canton, MI on Thursday.

    An upper respiratory is keeping me from running, but I got out and took a hike with the manfriend. Lots of coughing, but great to be outside.

    Beautiful (chilly!) trail run with the elementary cross country club kids! Lots of hills and mud, like any good trail run. No, we did not serve Wild Turkey at the finish line. :)

      Way to get it in during planning!! Sometimes I sneak off to the park behind the school I work out for a walk when I can :). Hope the day goes quickly because it's so busy!
