    2 runs in one day! OK, so the total mileage is still just a 5K, but the piriformis seems to be getting better slowly.

      Maybe it wasn't 2 miles but it wasn't a failure either. I'd rather walk with my man than run on the tread any day! Good job on getting out there and moving.
