    Ran the Ridges w the manfriend today - the hills absolutely kicked my butt. Worked abs and arms at the gym while I waited for him to arrive.

    Hot and humid. Asthma. Blah blah blah. On the plus side, I did 4.5 miles.

    Felt great! I seem to remember the pace was a slow but steady 11 min mile.
