    Nice Saturday walk w the manfriend! Piriformis was complaining on Jeff Hill and going up several flights of outdoor stairs on what I believe is East Green, but otherwise felt pretty good b

    A little Achilles and piriformis pain on the up hill stretches. Going to try 2 mile runs for the next week or so and see how I feel. Dang it's tough to start over!!
