    Strolled around uptown w the manfriend, then drank hot cider. Lovely!

    First 2 were quicker, but last 1 was slower. Typical Friday afternoon.

    W/ the XC kids - strides, glides, frog hops, high knees, butt kicks, planks, wall sits and mountain climbers. Whew!
    After XC I walked a chilly mile w/ my fiance. :)

    Chilly and fun! We had a 3 minute walk break in the middle of this, and I forgot to even look at my watch, so I'm not sure what my actual time was.

    Sunny, cool hike that turned into a walk about town. Lovely.

    Took the day off to go to a couple of medical appointments, and was able to sneak in a walk w the manfriend. The sun actually came out for about a minute!

    Grabbed my son and ran a lap around my parents' neighborhood. Found a few slick spots but mostly enjoyed the peace and the glow of the Christmas lights.

    So fun! Still a bit under the weather, but my son, nieces, and 84 year old dad jog/walked our way through the race. Last year was my dad's first 5K and it was so fun we did it again.

    An upper respiratory is keeping me from running, but I got out and took a hike with the manfriend. Lots of coughing, but great to be outside.
