    Clearly this was not my best, but it was a lovely day and a great cause. Slowly ran most of the race, but I walked a bit. Piriformis was slightly unhappy.

      Yaaaayyyy! Great 5k!! We are too judgmental of ourselves. Pace is the least important part of the entire experience.
