    Haven't been feeling well, so I decided to try out the elliptical. Wasn't so bad. Didn't look at my time, so I don't know how long it took. Did upperbody today too.

      The trick is to master the jock head nod; just shoot your chin up and say "sup" and you'll get all the weight room street cred you need.

      Quick Answer: Someone run first, to have a great circulation in muscles and faster growing, someone run after for better fat burning. And someone say that is not the best idea to have in one day running and lower body workout. And sorry for my english...

      In the past, when I have combined a run with a lower body workout, I always ran before the workout. The risk with doing the opposite (workout before run) is you may unintentionally alter your running gait, which may cause an injury.

      I always run before, that way I feel my muscles are nice and warm. I also usually stick around 3 miles on lower body days.
