alright Hill Repeats with MIT 8.01 mi 01:27 10:49 pace

That was a tough one tonight. Pace and HR don't reflect the effort. Was able to get in a couple of extra miles in with Carolyn G. before hand.

4 miles w/u + c/d (avg. 11:20ish pace)
(13) x sprints up a 260 meter hill (short but steep) then jog/ walk back. Going up my HR was around 160 (z4), Would bring down the HR to z1 by a jog/ walk to the bottom and sprint back up.
We were not suppose to take breaks in between but I did have two quick stops to drink.
Plan called for 18 hill repeats. I stopped at 13 repeats. My calves were so tight they felt like bricks at the end.
