Another beautiful afternoon for a run. Schedule called for 9 but I was meeting friends for dinner and had to stop after 6. Loving the lower humidity. My heart rate stayed at zone 3. It would have been in zone 5 if it was hotter or more humid. Showed up to dinner late in my stinky running cloths but I think they still like me :-)
