Forward/Backward (Dog Sleds, 70#), GHD (8 reps), Kossack Leapfrogs (w/ 90 degree rotation x 2 @ turns) 2 reps, Foam Roller Alt leg, bridge rollouts, VS SS w/OH PVC Pipe (6/side)

Light calves (one drop, 70# drop to 50#) - wall sprints (2 sets) plus jump rope one minute
