Plan called 9 miles at zone 2. I was already over it by mile 3. HR was all over the place, soles were a bit raw and I wasn't in the mood!

Too hot. Saw an article in RW that said you need to slow down 20-30 seconds per mile for every 5 degree increment over 60F. My math says we would feel wonderful at 13 min/mi
