Twice around the loop plus a little more. Didn't wear HR monitor. I have decided Monday nights are my "free pass" nights. I wil run based on feel and not what the monitor dictates. Was less stressed tonight and enjoyed it much more. 2+ miles w/u + c/d. 6 miles @ 9:45-9:50 pace. Felt comfortable thanks to the lower humidity tonight.
