Another hot, hazy and humid run. Tried hard to keep the HR at zone 2 but it was already there when I walked from my car to the path! Ended up being pretty high (top of zone 3) at such a sluggish pace! The only thing that seems to have adapted to the heat is my bare soles! Close to the end of my run I passed Sarah B. Always nice to see familiar faces!

    Great work out there, Michele! I don't know how the heck you run so late in the day - now wonder your HR is higher! I have a hard time keeping mine down in the dark! You are just awesome!!!!
