    Snowy run. It was kinda of tough, a little cold and windy...same effort for an easy run but my pace was a lot slower due to the snow. Nonetheless, it was fun and challenging.

    1 mile easy warm up, 16.3 mile easy ride with some bursts of speed mixed in (1hr), 1 mile warm down. Just a fantastic day for just about anything outside in Pittsburgh.

    Easy 4 mile run...nothing to right home about....but in that 4 miles got my mind wrapped around 2013 and what I want accomplish this year with running...running provides a good time to think and plan.
