Sneaked this workout in the middle of a very busy family day, at around 4pm on a sweltering afternoon. Was for once glad to do it indoors. Watched the telecast of the 2010 Ironman World Championship on youtube. Chose this workout because I thought it would be of recovery intensity, it was quite more than I bargained for but I finished it anyway :) Avg Cadence: 89
