Trainerroad workouts always end up to be tougher than they initially seem to be, and this one was especially so. 3x15 min intervals at Threshold with 5 mins spin in between seemed easy but by the time you get to the third set, it feels like death. Happy to still get through it after a stressful day at work. Happy with my cadence at 89.
