    10 hours rest from the last workout wasn't enough. Still got the 'weak in the knees' feeling. Only thing improving is the cadence. 92 rpm over 1.5 hours is nice.

    Felt fine throughout the day until I had to go to the grocery and carry around 20kilos of stuff 1km on foot. Then I was tired. My cadence has improved to above 90 though, 94 on this one.
