  1. RUN
    blah Treadmilling 2.3 mi 00:30 13:02 pace

Just got to keep going until the weight starts dropping. Then I'll worry about speed. I have to pay my dues.

Good run, Michael! Write down everything you eat and how many calories and the weight will drop!

    great Intervals 2.2 mi 00:30 13:38 pace

1 minute running intervals for 30 minutes, followed by 20 minutes of brisk peddaning. A little strngth ex and call it a day.

  4. RUN
good Hamster Run 2.1 mi 00:30 14:17 pace

Great! This run felt like a first-run-after-a-7-month-hiatus should feel. Good cadence. about 8 strides per minute but my heart rate went through the roof. I definitely felt the extra weight. Lo... read more

Nice to be back Glenn, although my aching body is not so sure. I missed the camaraderie most of all.

Looking forward to a renewed passion for the long run.

Happy and blessed New Year. Here's to good (and bad) miles!

    good 202 Bypass 3.5 mi 00:40 11:24 pace

Still a construction site but I am told you can get to the 202/611 bypass. I just wanted to explore so I started running without time or speed constraints. Stopped when I needed to. Ran without ... read more

    good Dreadmilling 2.25 mi 00:25 11:00 pace

Run-walk-run-walk. I just can't do a full run on a treadmill. I need the sounds, the wind, the views... The only thing I can do is use it as a training tool. Never for a full run.
