I did a run with the pops. He's a little bit slower than I am, but that didn't much take away from the fact that it's nice to run with others. It was nice to be on the other end of exhaustion, as I remember him pushing me while running when I was younger. Things are coming full circle, it was a nice run.

The splits were 9:26, 9:31, 9:33, 10:31, 10:40, and 9:36.
