Good recovery run from Sunday's half marathon. I ran without an interval which was interesting. I definitely started to slow down by the end though. Work in progress...

quick 500 yard swim. i think i did it in 10 minutes. went at a steady pace. about 2 minutes every 100 yards. not horrible.
