Improvised workout on an unfamiliar NYC route. But, I exceeded the mileage and grinded it out, keeping it under 8:00-pace for the entirety of both bridges. Felt really good. Particularly happy about the recovery after a rough 12 on Sunday. Good start to Week #2.
