      Nicely done, looks like you paced it perfectly! Your mile PR is definitely going down when you go into a race after a solid training block. Also interesting on the "midsummer mile" course: looks spectator-friendly but I'm not sure I'd like all those turns in a road mile!

      Great job! I'm surprised that your third quarter was your fastest--that always seems like the toughest patch for me.

      A sub-5:00 mile is my Holy Grail of running goals although I think my window of opportunity has passed me by.

      Thanks all! @ Renee, we only got a light rain on the run. We turned around early but the rain stayed light so we finished our run. We stayed dry enough! It is fun to run in light rain.
