  1. RUN
injured Around Home 4.23 mi 00:38 09:04 pace

At the end of the run, almost no pain in left knee. Right knee still bad though. I've been working a baseball under the tight spots. Very slight but some progress.

Sounds like a good plan.. the Graston thing works wonders - it can be very uncomfortable, but it has helped me in the past.. I'm confident they'll get ya going again!

Oooooh... Graston. My wife had that several times last fall. It seemed to help but she wondered if the medicine might be worse than the cure! Kidding, I hope it helps you Michael but be prepared for some pain.

Smart plan on the knee. Hope it didn't detract to much from the scenery today. I'm dealing with a cranky knee too so trying to balance on the edge but wishing I was doing more.
