7:04 for the Laurel Hill Challenge at mile 8.5ish to 9.5ish calves are unhappy but I am. I think that'll be the last long race of the season. Two 5k's coming up in the next few weeks.

Yesterday was my first post marathon run and I discovered my knee is still pretty sore so I got a nice slow pace and two fewer miles than I had intended to run.

Taking a walk on the beach the day after the marathon turned into hoping to not get struck by lightening while quickly shambling back to the hotel.

Walked with my coworkers up and down a bunch of stairs today, I don't know if that counts as a workout or torture.
