    7:04 for the Laurel Hill Challenge at mile 8.5ish to 9.5ish calves are unhappy but I am. I think that'll be the last long race of the season. Two 5k's coming up in the next few weeks.

    Yesterday was my first post marathon run and I discovered my knee is still pretty sore so I got a nice slow pace and two fewer miles than I had intended to run.
