Dumbell workout

Opted out on a swim this morning as I was a bit tired, but got in a decent dumbell workout before work...

Bicep curls: 25 lbs - 15 reps - 3 sets each arm
Bench flies: 20 lbs each arm - 20 reps - 3 sets
Shoulders: 15 lbs - 15 reps - 3 sets each arm
Triceps: 15 lbs - 15 reps - 3 sets each arm
Bench press: 20 lbs each arm - 20 reps - 3 sets
