    Ran to the grocery store for dinner stuff, kids biked along with so not a fast pace by any means, but a good run nonetheless :)

    Recovery run, been running intermittantly lately, have neglected posting. Did some intervals yesterday so this was just a recovery pace to get the blood flowing again. Felt great

    Not 100% sure on the time, but 10 min mile pace seems a bit slow. Pushed myself through a few places, was mentally where I need to be when I'm out running. Hoping for more runs like this soon.

      good stuff man. I'm not close to as fast as back in the but I do more pull ups than I used to though. At 35 to 40 pounds heavier.
