      Not really, actually kind of worse. Have a doctors appointment Monday. On my last run it felt like my lungs were going to explode out of my chest. But this to shall pass :) .. Thanks for asking though.

      I have to find a place to swim, I am thinking boundary waters, They have a 5K trail there I could run twice after getting out of the pool to try and keep the transition training going.
