  1. VELO
good Bike at Mag. Station gym 4.2 mi 00:20 12.6mph pace

Def thinking about swimming next week. Hopefully the membership won't cost a lot.

  2. FIT
good Ellip at Mag. Station gym 2.25 mi 00:20 08:53 pace

A little more strides this time so I upped the mileage a bit. Still guessing though. 3400 strides.

  3. VELO
good Bike at Mag. Station gym 4.45 mi 00:20 13.4mph pace

    Calves feeling a bit better.

  4. VELO
good Mag Station gym 4.4 mi 00:20 13.2mph pace

Doing two biking workouts and one elliptical workout with a round of resistance circuit workouts between each one.

  5. FIT
good Ellip at Mag. Station gym 2 mi 00:22 11:00 pace

Still unsure of the actual mileage. I did 3278 strides.

  6. VELO
good Bike at Mag. Station gym 4.1 mi 00:20 12.3mph pace

Staying with the biking and elliptical for a while till my calves feel 100% which will hopefully be soon. I think I may go get a membership at the Y next week and start swimming again.

  7. FIT
good Mag. Station gym 2 mi 00:20 10:00 pace

Stupid machines don't show miles. I did 2950 strides and burned about 350 calories. Yet another reason to hate elliptical machines..... :-/

  8. VELO
good Mag. Station gym 7.25 mi 00:35 12.4mph pace

Went well. Added a little resistance training after.

  9. VELO
good Mag. Station gym 6.5 mi 00:30 13.0mph pace

Just wanted to get the blood flowing a little after my week off. Want to make sure the legs, calves especially, feel good before I start training again. Probably won't do all that much this ... read more

  10. FIT
good Mag. Station gym 1.5 mi 00:12:00 08:00 pace

Haven't done the elliptical in forever. This was easier than I thought it would be.

Okay, I'm editing my distance. Turns out, these machines don't measure miles. They measure strides. Not sure where I saw the number 2 at on the machine. Like I said, it might have been broken. I'm gonna guesstimate that it was about a mile and a half.
