    My foot and sciatic nerve are not ready for running so I walked a 6% grade for 2 miles. It had me sweating!

    I took a break from running to let my foot rest and now my calf cramp is back. Lots of water, a banana, and some stretching will hopefully do the trick. I'm a little bit IRRITATED!

    I have what I think is a muscle spasm in my right calf. I took a 3 day break from running to give it a chance to heal. Didn't work. It hurts like hell again!
