    I had some moments. Took my ten year old on his bike, so it was a bit broken up, but overall, good. Very proud of him for keeping up (getting ahead) and riding well.

    Knees hurt the first quarter mile but loosened up. Felt okay, but night running is definitely not for me. Felt off all day.
