  1. Attempted the long run with the team Saturday morning. Had to stop after the first loop because of major knee pain. Running 3 after work, hopefully I have no pain this time!

    Had a burst of energy all of a sudden and was able to push through 3 fairly easy.

  3. On mile 5 for Chicago Marathon training. Hopefully I don't get over heated out there!
