As i under stand it Pace is the time it takes to run a Km (Kph or Mph)
so it will average it out for you .(eg Divide the number miles covered by the time elapsed to find the average running speed. For example, if you covered nine miles in 1 1/2 hours, you would divide 9 by 1.5 to find your average speed to be 6 miles per hour.) Hope this helps?

Ah ok thank you, yes that does make sense I think I jus got really confused the other day when I put in my 12min for 1.4k then it came up with 19. Something but it's not that hard to confuse me these days lol x

I still enjoy my food just in smaller portions, but I've been cutting down until I've lost some more weight. 6kilos lost another 10ish to go. I will be 60kgs again!

No I didn't run it was cross trainer, I'm not a runner just yet, i was thinking of doing the c25k sometime soon to see how my ankle gets on. And the cakes are probably long gone by now I'm afraid, all the birthdays last week and the children involved, I would be very surprised if there's any left lol
