      Good work! I only did 30 minutes today. I have to get better at adding my times in/on this web page. Its cool to see the progress. Tomorrow I have 6 miles to do. I need to get a new chip for my shoe so that the time can be accurate. Nice work on keeping it up. Great pic of you and Jack.
