i promise i am not dead or now weigh 14 million pounds. just have not been running.. (or logginf into DM) my knees are so hurty. been teaching two classes a week at Plain City Fitness--doing yoga 1X2 a week. But no cardio! ugh I feel squishy! Ran today for the first time in a month. (for fun at least-- ran the "hell run" a few weeks ago-- so fun!) so now, its time to get my mileage back up! I hate starting over!
