    lifted tis &chest. calves and abs. jogged 1mi sprinted 1mi and "interval jogged" at 7% for. 5

    5-7% .25 mile "sprint's". lifted tris and chest.. arms so fatigued i card barely wash my hair. ha!

    steady and slow TM jog. ok for wanting to take the day off- went and did it anyway. lifted back, bis, calves & quads. now time to sleeeeeep zzzz. goodnight moon (and DM friends)

    6-7 % hills and pacing practice. not fun but done. sweat like a snowman in july grosssss.

    tm workout keeping incline btw 3-5% to keep pressure off wonky knee. lifted back-biceps and core. Then, took my mom kayaking for the 1st time! great day!

    Solid lift--pretty sure I can go heavier this week!... 3 M jog and a mile of 3%-6% sprints. Knee cap is feeling a little floaty after a tumble in sball this week. will take it easy!

    3-7% sprints. Lifted tris chest and abs--> moved up wts! feeling strong/ BF% down 3% in 3 weeks.
