    Perfect weather, fairly flat with rolling hills scattered, felt good and finished strong

    Neighborhood & river trail 5.3 mi 01:07 12:38 pace

    hard run. Stomach hurt, forgot my sunglasses and just couldn't get into my groove. Pushed through and made it!

    legs really sore so did a 1:1 run/walk

    might be slightly longer than 9.00 miles, haven't calibrated my Nike sport band yet. Felt great, no walk breaks. Took GU at mile 5.5.
