    Ran on the treadmill due to cold rainy weather. During the week my runs are about time and not distance. My goal is to finish the 1/2 marathon w/out worrying about time. I hope I can do this!

    Ran 4.00 in 37 minutes. Walked the rest of the way home. My quads felt tight but the shining sun, faint smell of lilacs & the light breeze carried me along. Magnificent day!

    I did it!! I wanted to run it in 25 and I did. Such an incredible boost to my confidence to set a goal and achieve it. Running without any pain in my knee was like a gift from God, the running one :)

    Felt great. Could of been an even better time if people would of stopped to let me cross THE CROSSWALK!! My first race (5K) of the season is Saturday. Last year I ran this race in 26:07.
