    Legs were sore today so I only did 35 min. Sorry I haven't been posting all week...I have been working out(hence the sore legs!) Just been forgetting to post it!

    Took the kids for a jog/walk up the street, felt good. Just took it slow and easy by walking up the hills and jogging down them.

      sounds so fun! I've decided those kind of workouts are the best! I didn't think I'd get my workouts in last week but boy was I wrong! Trampoline jumping every day from 30 min to 2 hours a day really kicked my butt!

      22 miles way to go...love the intervals of sprints, climbs...makes the time go by faster and gives a good variety.
