    Bad run this morning. I feel like I have hit a block? It is harder to keep my pace this morning than it has been since I started training. Felt so sloooooowwwww.

      its not about speed its about your distance unless you are training to win !!!!! goal for this week is consistency 4 miles in one hour or faster if it feels better but start doing your 4 miles often the speed will come over time . You are doing great 3 is better than none. my pace was slow last night to but at least we did it GO US.

      Understand..the wall. I backed off for a couple of days and started riding in the training, it has helped. Keep it up!
