      When is it? Are you trained for a full or do you have time to build the mileage slowly enough as to not induce injury (i.e. 10% a week)? Is it a flat course ready for a PR?

      That's close and I don't see any 20 milers in your recent past but I think it best to not try to injure yourself and stick to the half. Halfs are fun. I do think you might want to ease up your mileage a bit this week, get in a good DD run this weekend and then go for a PR!

      Umm nope no 20 milers, just a goal of mine to complete a full before I turn the big 30 in April. Think I have enough time to train for one before then?

      I wish we would have done this race but Hubby did the Neptune 8k the day before and didn't want to do it! You ran FAST!

      Wish you would've came out for it. They had a great group of volunteers and we really felt appreciated for coming out. That's why I love first annuals! I will be running it next year for sure!
